Jeff Gieschen
Jeff GieschenADP Head Coach
Jeff Gieschen is the former National Umpire Manager of the Australian Football League and a former Australian rules football player and coach who played in the Victorian Football League (VFL) between 1974 and 1978 for the Footscray Football Club. He was the senior coach of AFL club Richmond from late 1997 until the end of the 1999 season.
In 1995 and 1996 he was assistant coach for the Geelong Football club which included a grand final appearance in the former season. In 1997 he became coach of the reserves team at Richmond and took that side from the wooden spoon (the year before) to Premiership winners. After a string of disappointing results by the Richmond senior team under the previous coach, Gieschen was appointed senior coach from late in the 1997 season.
Jeff went on to work as the National Umpire Manager for the AFL for 14 years which makes him the longest serving Umpire Manager in the history of the game.

Sarah Wall
Sarah Wall, creator of NETFIT NETBALL, has played netball at the elite level for 11 years, with the Melbourne Phoenix, Queensland Firebirds, Melbourne Vixens and the 2014 season with the NSW Swifts. Sarah is a qualified teacher, studying Exercise Science and completing her Bachelor of Education at Melbourne University. Sarah’s love for kids was the driving force behind selecting this career path.
Brendan Polk
Brendan Polk
Brendan Polk is Casey Cavaliers latest recruit. After going undrafted in the 2006 NBA draft, Polk moved to Switzerland where he joined Benetton Fribourg for his rookie season in 2006–07. He helped the club win the Swiss Cup and the league championship, and in 19 games, he averaged 13.6 points, 5.4 rebounds and 1.5 steals per game. Brandan has spent the last 6 years in Australia playing with Knox and the Cavaliers where he earnt Big V all-star 5 honours.
Ola Luczak
Ola Luczak
Ola has been working in the industry for over seven years. Ola’s passion is working with motivated people who want to make positive changes to improve their health and sporting performance. Ola has worked with elite and junior athletes across a range of sports and clubs including Maribyrnong Sports Academy, Gippsland Sports Academy, Tennis Victoria, National Theatre Ballet School, Nunawading Swimming Club, Knox Triathlon Club, Accelerate Elite Performance Program (AFL) and have had exposure to working with Melbourne Victory and St. Kilda Football Clubs.
Tom Wilson
Tom Wilson
Tom Wilson is Northern Blues (VFL) fearless leader and on-baller who relishes the contest. Tom, a two time best and fairest winner, made the VFL team of the Year in 2016 which is a huge achievement. Tom is studying to become a PE teacher who has a great rapport with the students. Tom understands more than anyone the importance of building relationships for leadership.
Ryan Waight
Ryan Waight
Ryan Waight is the author of the book Leadership Within: 20 Ways to Unlock the Leader in You. Ryan has worked with Steve Moneghetti now for the best part of 5 years and has learnt invaluable lessons from an elite athlete and highly respected Order of Australia member. Ryan has also had the fortune to work alongside and collaborate with the likes of Layne Beachley, Simon Madden, Adam Gilchrist, John Worsfold, Liz Ellis, Jude Bolton and Sue Stanley. Ryan has the ability to impart leadership and performance strategies to the people and teams looking to improve.
